AEA Purchasing solicits vendors through a formal RFP or IFB process. Proposals are submitted for both Iowa only bids and bids on a national level through our affiliate, the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies, AEPA. AEPA is a multi-state non-profit organization made up of Educational Service Agencies organized through a Memorandum of Understanding between all participating states.
